covid-19 Proceedures

What actions are we taking as a business to protect our staff and clients in these unprecedented times?
Our cleaners are fully employed by us and we have a duty of care to them. Any staff member falling sick will not be allowed to work. We will comply with the NHS and Public Health England guidelines to ensure our staff work safely.

-
Clean, fresh cloths and mopheads are provided for each
-
PPE supplied, masks, disposable gloves, plastic aprons. Masks are not mandatory; it is company policy to wear one.
-
Antibacterial/antiviral products are used to kill germs and 99% of viruses
-
Social distancing – 2 metres distance from clients must be adhered too.
-
Wash hands before and after leaving the premises.
-
Self-isolate for 10 days if in contact with a person who has tested positive or has Covid symptoms
-
We prefer our clients to vacate the premises whilst cleaning is taking place, but this isn’t always possible, so we ask the client to stay 2 metres distance or stay in another office while our cleaners are on your premises.
We ask our clients to contact us immediately if you or any of your co-workers or household has Covid symptoms, these can be:

-
a new continuous cough
-
a high temperature
-
a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)
For most people, coronavirus (COVID-19) will be a mild illness. However, if any of you or any of your staff have any of the symptoms above, they must stay at home and arrange to have a test to see if you have COVID-19.
